Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing your bulk orders.

1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it by contacting us at [email protected].
• After one hour, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellations might not be possible.
• Custom or special bulk orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
  • You received incorrect or defective items.
  • Your order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

3. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within one day of delivery.
• Certain types of items (e.g., personalised or custom-made bulk items) are non-returnable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

• Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for cancellation/refund.
• Attach photos if the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
