At BulkForEvents, we understand the importance of timely and safe delivery. We take full responsibility for delivering your orders directly — without involving third-party courier or logistics services. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
1. Order Processing
Once an order is placed on our website, it undergoes verification and processing. This usually takes 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS containing details of your purchase.
Orders received after working hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and order size.
- For bulk or customized orders, we may need additional time. In such cases, our team will personally communicate the estimated delivery schedule.
We always strive to fulfil deliveries on time, but occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We request your patience in such rare instances.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently offer deliveries in selected areas and cities. Our team will confirm your delivery eligibility during the order process. If your location is not covered, we’ll notify you and suggest alternate solutions.
We’re also working on expanding our delivery network soon.
4. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery is applicable for orders above ₹500.
- For orders below this threshold, a nominal delivery charge of ₹50 will be applied.
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page before payment.
5. In-House Delivery
All deliveries are carried out by the BulkForEvents team. We do not outsource to external delivery companies. This helps us maintain quality, prevent damage, and ensure a reliable customer experience.
Our delivery personnel may contact you via phone before arriving. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
6. Delays or Missed Deliveries
In the rare event of a delay or if we’re unable to reach you at the time of delivery, we will reschedule it at your convenience. Additional charges may apply for repeated missed deliveries.
